I can take a whack at the first question.
The song played by MOA? at the end of Space Ghost Coast to Coast
is an original end title theme written and recorded specifically
for the show.

MOA? recorded more stuff for SGC2C, including even a new opening
theme (I think), but the producers opted not to use it.  The rumor
I heard is that the composer/performer of the old music, Sonny
Sharrock, died and the producers of the show didn't want to stop
using his stuff for sentimental reasons.

The other rumor, straight from an astro-list post by Coco (I think),
is that the SGC2C MOA? stuff will be released sometime soon.  We
can only hope.
