"UFOs" is one of the best on the 7" format. A must-buy IMHO.
Another great one is "The New Sounds of Tomorrow".

Note that Jack here is stating that he wants vinyl only of tracks
he doesn't have on CD. This becomes more interesting as we read on...

The more I listen to it, the less "different" it sounds. It is starting
to sound more like a natural progression from earlier works.

He goes on from there at some length about the superiority of tubes
over transistors.

Why, Jack, are you satisfied with the "tinny digital harshness" of your
MOA? CDs? Woudn't you want to exchange them all for nice, analog, LPs?
That would seem to fit in with your analog/Tube preferences.

Rather than offer my own LP/CD Tube/Transistor opinions, I'll just point
out that MOA? use a number of different analog and digital technologies to
produce their music. A purist of any stripe is going to have to accept
that the MOA? sound includes sounds from all manner of sources. I would
not be surprized if tracing the signal chain from Starcrunch's guitar
to the finished recording will take you through both tubes and transistors.

The Debates That Won't Go Away:

	LP vs. CD
	Tube vs. Transistor
	Indie/Underground vs. "Sellout"
	Surfy MOA? vs. New MOA?

I like it all. It's the music, not the medium or the category or the money.
