Hmmm...  My list of things that the mail included below might be:

	1) mis-directed mail (the most likely and banal possibility)
	2) a coded message (but for whom?  Alien operatives?)
	3) a puzzle (What's the prize for solving it?)
	4) a cultural reference I do not understand

Anybody else have any ideas?
